NICHE Hybrid OCs

In NICHE: A Genetics Survival Game, you can make hybrids by breeding Nichelings with friendly Bearyenas. This got me thinking, what if you could hybridize with other creatures in-game? These 6 characters were created to expand upon that idea. I made up a few custom genes that aren't present in the game for some of them, for variety's sake. Each image displays the character's stats and mutations as they'd appear in the actual game. Honestly, I should make more of these. They're very fun!
The Hyperactivity gene is based off various NICHE builds from years ago: an experimental branch from the early access stage of the game's development (where the creatures had 4 gems instead of 3 & would regenerate 2 gems per day instead of fully recharging) and the original prototype, where the big body gene required you to give the nicheling extra food.

NICHE: A Genetics Survival Game was made by Stray Fawn Studios.

Tavanro, a Razorania hybrid. the Razorania is a solitary fish that you can hunt & eat, but it will attack your creature if it knows they're bleeding.

Relin is a normal nicheling you could probably make in game. The only thing unrealistic about her is her markings, which are directly referenced from the Bearyena.

Ispiana, a Rabbil hybrid. Rabbils are the most common and accessible prey in Niche. They move every turn, hence her hyperactivity.

Dukirlu, a Dodomingo hybrid. In hindsight, I should've given him a custom gene that made his voice louder so he can attract other creatures. That's what Dodomingos do after all!

Lasi, a Stagmole hybrid. Did you know the Stagmoles weren't modeled with legs?

Lukuro, a Bluebird hybrid. Bluebirds move every turn, so of course Lukuro gets hyperactivity as well. It isn't unheard of for Nichelings to be blue (the Toxic Body turns Nichelings neon to deter predators), but Lukuro's fur is nontoxic and rich in color.
