Keeper of the Jelly

Kelsey is Queen Akira's treasurer. Though, since most Dream Valley residents have no concept of what money even is, the thing that really needs to be managed is Royal Jelly. Royal Jelly is a concentrated, tangy, incredibly flavorful jelly... that Monstaz use to evolve! Though, ever since a certain purple and red evildoer stole an entire jar, Royal Jelly must be strictly regulated and guarded at all times. It is used in evolution ceremonies, where the soon-to-evolve Monstah must consume a cup of it in order to evolve. It cannot be diluted with water or paired with anything, or else the evolution will fail. So... yes, you have to chug it.
