Alternative Bennys
2019 redraws of what Benny looked like throughout the years. Except for the last one, which is a unique alternate look that isn't based on an older design. I like revisiting my oldest designs because it's fun traversing through my own personal art history. Makes me realize how much I've grown as an artist.
First Benny- created in late 2015 in 8th grade. Incredibly detailed, but not very streamlined. His green veil actually only covers the area around his arms and the top of his head-- his back is all blue.
Scratch Benny- Created in very early 2016 as the animated counterpart to First Benny. I used the programming website Scratch to animate back then, which was a bad idea. This Benny is very cute, but moves very stiffly.
Grade 9 Benny- Self explanatory. Late 2016 redesign for Scratch Benny made in grade 9. Has the reversed eyes of modern Benny, which was a trait I initially didn't think I'd keep using!
Hairless Benny- Slightly modified alt for a Benny design from 2017-2018. Based on a dandelion after you've blown away all its seeds. Note the plain eyes and non-leafy antennae.
Design combination of Benny and Stanley. Not based on anything pre-existing, I just felt like drawing an evil alt for Benny.
